How Much Will You Need to Invest?
Phase 1: Connection
The first step is simple – send us a friendly message and we will get back to you within 24h. You are our top priority, so we always try to answer as soon as possible. We would love to get to know you – tell us a bit about yourself and your brand and your packaging design needs. Explain how we can help you and why you chose to work with us. We are looking forward to meeting you!
Phase 2: Briefing
We have introduced ourselves to each other and we are ready to keep going! Our second email to you will usually include a complete set of information that you need to know regarding the design process. We will go into great detail about everything and make sure that you have nothing to worry about. This will also include an invoice with all instructions.
Phase 3: Start
By this point, we should have agreed to work with each other. Congratulations! We will send you a questionnaire which will allow you to fully express your vision. You will also be able to provide us with everything that we need to know before we begin. Lastly, to start working on your project, we will always require a deposit – an upfront payment in the amount that depends on our agreement in the briefing phase.
Phase 4: Competitor Analysis
This is your time to sit back and relax while we keep you updated. The first step in our process will always include a detailed competitor analysis and market research. We use this step to determine how to optimally position your brand and what our course of action will be. Research is what guarantees that we make informed decisions as well as use our artistic abilities to their full capacities.
Phase 5: Design
This phase consists of our creative process and your feedback. Communication and collaboration are key elements here. We will do a lot of testing, moodboard creation, analysis, comparison and application. This means we will come up with a lot of different concepts and packaging ideas. Once we are satisfied, you will be presented with our work. You will always have a set of revisions as a part of your order. Revisions are changes to the existing design concepts. They are our tool of aligning goals and interests so that we ultimately reach the ideal solution together.
Phase 6: Stepping Stone
Once you have accepted the design and are fully satisfied with it, it will be time for your final payment. This will enable us to deliver you all the needed files and conclude the design process. You are now perfectly set for inevitable success! Hopefully, this will not be our farewell. The future is bright and we sincerely hope to keep working on new projects with you.
